Still Trakt is not updating from Plex.
Are you on the latest beta Plex media server that is available for Plex pass members?
Yes. Just updated again today.
I have version 1.21.1.3830 of Plex and the webhook is working fine.
Might be that the ID’s for whatever you are watching is unknown to Trakt?
Clearly it works for others, otherwise there’d be streams of bitching here.
Somebody tell me how to troubleshoot it. No point in me paying for VIP and Plex Pass since that’s the ONLY reason I got them is for Trakt syncing.
What are you trying to watch and sent to Trakt?
Hello, I’m using Plex Media Server Version 1.22.3.4392 (BETA) on FreeBSD 13-RELEASE and the new Plex Agent (Plex TV Series agent) and I notice that The Flash (2014) is not scrobbled, tested with episodes in seasons 6 and 7. I get the error code 404 – Trakt couldn’t match item (invalid or missing ID most likely).

I also tested with Empire (2015) TV show and I encounter the same issue.

Maybe there is a mismatch with TV shows with year in their name?
Did you try to manually fix the match?

Yes I did, without success.
I just pushed some updates to the Plex scrobbler to work with the new Plex TV agent. They switched the data format and it should handle this better now. Please let me know if it works now.

I’ve tried again after your pushed fixes but unfortunately, Trakt is still not recognizing when certain shows are played. Testing with The Flash 7x01 like user above, scrobbling does not work when the library is using the new Plex TV agent.

For some reason, my collection isn’t fully marking. Of over 50 files uploaded to my Plex server yesterday, only 23 are showing in my collection 
I’m using the new Plex scraper and have been for a few weeks now, but it’s only been in the past week that I’m getting this issue. Here’s my logs from just uploading 4 files

I have a similar issue but also different. Plex isn’t scrobbling plex anymore. This was recently, maybe 2 weeks.
Where my issue is different is the user thing. I have a Plex Pass and my husband also has a Plex Pass (I know you can share, but we like Plex and want to support it). Our server is connected to his Plex pass. He doesn’t have Trakt, so I used the webhook on my account and it has been scrobbling great. Till a few weeks ago.
I just checked the logs, but I can’t even filter on trakt, it come back blank. No input.
So I tried adding the webhook to his account. And it works. With logs and all. But I want to have my Trakt account connected to my Plex account, like before. So this is not a solution.
Any idea how I can fix this?
