This is correct. Jarvis-00000 is the generic username given to accounts that don’t choose a username. If you’re able to sign in on the trakt.tv website and your information is correct, make sure that you’re using that same information when signing in to any 3rd party apps. I’d suggest reaching out to the developers of the app you’re using then. Your trakt account with username Spodge appears fine on our end, and as previously mentioned, Jarvis-00000 is the generic username given to accounts that don’t choose a username. It sounds like you’re getting signed into a different account.
