Updated credit card - still old one is charged

I have updated my credit card information to a new credit card. The card information is correct and I see a positive verification at my new credit card provider. However, I‘m charged at my old card for VIP.

Contact the service provider to ensure your updated card is set as the default payment method. Verify the billing system has processed the change. Request a refund or adjustment for the incorrect charge.
