Suscription was canceled instead of renewed

Hi, The subscription didn’t renew automatically; it was supposed to renew for 30, but when I went to the website, it says it’s canceled, and now it won’t let me renew it for 30 even though it was still within the valid period.

Whatever debit or credit card you used the last time for your subscription, it will remain on file. So when it’s time to renew, it will automatically use the last card used.
I been doing this Trakt.tv renewal process successfully for the last 6 years. I hope this helps.

I’m pretty sure the VIP discount was eliminated the moment it was announced and they’re just accepting support requests to “fix” it until the mentioned date, hoping that no one would notice.
