Website down? Error 500 on home page

As the title says: Just tried to load trakt[dot]tv[slash]dashboard, and I’m seeing the dreaded 500 error page. Status page that everything is OK. Anyone else seeing it?

No issues here. Does it work if you try to load the page in incognito/private mode? You might need to clear browser cache and cookies for the website.

I’m having the same issue. Tried several browsers, incognito, different devices. All 500 errors.

The interesting thing is that the Trakt mobile app works, but I cannot use the website right now. It has been down for about 4 hours for me.

It’s obviously not happening to everyone, but hopefully one of the devs can help us get back online!

I opened an incognito window. It showed me the normal trakt site. As soon as clicked sign in and entered my login info, it showed me the 500 page.

Then I opened a normal window, cleared cache and cookies for trakt. Same result: normal home page, click sign in, enter email and password, and then 500 error page :frowning:

Yeah, same for me. It seems to be something “unique” to our accounts. :frowning:

Same problem here. All/Most other pages work, but Track. Discover. Share. - Trakt returns a 500

I can confirm what tknorris said. My user profile pages (history, progress, etc) all work normally. Also show and episode pages seem to be working fine. The issue seems limited to the dashboard

I emailed the support address, but since it’s a Holiday in the US they are probably off work.

This should be fixed now.
