Host time out errors

I have been getting 521 host errors for almost a week. It times out when I try to enter the site multiple times before I can enter and when I do enter The shows I mark as watched time out before I can rate them. I cleared my cache. Now what?

I just pushed some updates to the Trakt dashboard that should improve the load times on that page specifically. A 521 error usually indicates the website is under heavy load. We are continuing to look into these speed issues and regularly pushing updates to help speed things up.

Now I’m getting 502, broken gateway, and 524, timeout, 504, broken gateway, and unresponsive pages when i enter the site with no up next, schedule, history or friends watched. The calendar isn’t allowing updates to programs. I reset the data and Chrome. I must not have tried everything or missed a step. I’m not a programmer so please explain it step by step. Thanks!

The dashboard has been reconfigured to load each section individually, so that we can tell more specifically what isn’t working. I see over 65,000 plays in your account. Does that number seem correct?

Hi! That number seems about right. Up next to watch loads but the other sections don’t after I enter a watched show. Today is also the first time I’ve been able to access the forums and I haven’t received the app invitation. Thanks for your help. I love this site.
