What’s the difference between progress bar options

Hi can someone explain the difference between the two options for your progress bar under the dashboard settings?

I’ve tried both options but don’t see what the difference is.

Exact progress is when you’ve skipped some episodes in between it’ll show gaps in the bright red for completion. Standard is missing the bright red at the end.
