I’ve noticed that a lot of people bring up a lot of issues, and trakt just ignores all of them? What’s the point of this message board if trakt just ignores all the problems and doesn’t answer any questions?
Depends on what you’re asking for. I hate v3 and was forced on it so I have to deal with this nonsense until the features that existed in v2 are added to v3, however, for troubleshooting and issues, I have had success, although they are busy and it takes time.
I’m going to look at your posts and see if I can help (from what I’ve seen in other posts) or find one of those posts.

They’re a small team and cannot respond to everything, cause you know, they have to work on Trakt too. However, I’ve seen them respond quite often as well, and I would like to add that forums also exist to enable help by other users.
