With so many movies and TV shows released every week, it is becoming harder to decide what to watch next, different people use different platforms, apps, or methods to discover new entertainment content based on their interests. I am curious to know what approach works best for you and why you prefer it.
I use a combination of dynamic lists I created on mdblist and the predictive score ability (based off my other ratings) of Criticker to find items most likely to entertain me.
A combination of trakt and JustWatch
Need to be able to watch it find it without having to buy it digitally
I do use VPN so I try find it on any of my streaming services.
Prefer
Prime Video, HBO, Viaplay, Disney+
Second hand TV4 Play don’t like that I can’t turn off autoplay
Not so happy to use Netflix, hate Plex, PlutoTV because of the ads. But sometimes I have to use those .
Sometimes have to go worldwide with
SBS (Australia), BBC Iplayer, and other free services that works with VPN.

Generally just use lists here or socials of what people are talking about. If I find a new actor/actress I like I might research their back catalogue to find something to watch.
