I often find titles of movies that are written in foreign languages for no apparent reason. I have clicked “Refresh Data” & “Refresh Images” without changes. I’m wondering if this is correct?
Hmm, i just clicked “refresh images” and it picked up the updated poster.

LOL… “foreign language”?? You and I are the ones who speak a foreign language. These films are made in the language they were made in, they are not “foreign”. Perhaps it’s better to say that the titles are not being displayed using their English translated title.

Also acceptable: ‘another language’, or American (as this film was made in the U.S.A.)
