I really think it’s silly that you have to set an English title on a show or movie before importing it. A lot of shows doesn’t have an English title, and thus it just clutters the databases. Especially with tvdb’s recent updates with setting of original language.
The TVDB API hasn’t been updated to use that info yet. When they release an updated API, we’ll take a look and see if we can adjust how TV shows are pulled in without English info.

Hi Justin, I am also interested in this topic. In fact beside English I can deal with 2 other languages and for theses I would like to see movies and shows with original title and description.
If you look at Apps like TVseries or SeriesGuide they can deal with different languages on a global settings as well as on each entry to change the default.
We can imagine putting in settings the languages one matserized and if series/movies are as original version in that language it is then displayed in that language if available from TVDB otherwise comes to a default language respectively English as last default.
And a setting on each entry like the app I mentioned.
