I am considering getting one month VIP in December just to look at my Year in Review Stats. However I would also like to be able to share them to Facebook. From what I can find on the forums, you’d just have to do screenshots, is this correct? Thanks 
you can just copy the link to your stats and share it that way.

I’ve worked out that without VIP I can just put the link with the parameters:
1) Go to your Trakt History
2) Change tab “All Types” to “Shows”
3) Click on tab “Date range” to click-left-arrow of December to “January”
4) Click on 1st = 1st/1/25
5) Click on time to early before the first thing you watched eg 5.30am
6) Click green tick for yes 1/1/25 to now
7) Click on tab Watched Date to “Plays”
