Please add a help category. I never know where to place issues.

i see his point. A Support category or Help.
Just one forum where users can help each there if there is something that someone knows and can help another user in terms of how to use or achieve something on the trakt website.

We have “Questions” category that is mean for this at http://forums.trakt.tv/c/trakt/questions. The public https://support.trakt.tv can also be used to reach a wider audience.
