hey, I tried using TV Time and I got a message that my account is locked and to contact trakt.tv to get it unlocked. Not sure how to contact them other than posting on this forum….

There are several similar reports both here and on Reddit. Support has said they are backed up a bit but with multiple people with this issue I’d expect a reasonably quick explanation/resolution.
As the title says, I went from a week + of up next not showing anything but the lite site was working to now up next seems to be working but lite site is blocked and the iOS app failed to load due to duplicate blah blah blah
Congratulations you have the same problem as me , my apps are also locked.
Seems to be a big bad trakt bug.
Is the website working for you?
And unfortunately the app developer is on vacation and no one else can unlock it
I can access the website fine. (Even on iPhone and iPad) The app is what’s not working.
I have the same issue as described with the app. The account is locked. However, I am in fact able to see my Up Next list on the website, but I receive an error when trying to mark anything as watched.
I pushed an update, please let me know if your accounts are working correctly now.

Where are you seeing a message about being locked? Have you signed out and signed back into the app?
It seems to be fixed now had to delete app and reinstall etc…
@justin thanks my account is unlocked, but now the up next ls back to not loading it just spins forever again. when the Account was Locked then up next on the main site would load
