Add not Aired Episodes to Progress page

Add not Aired Episodes to Progress page. Example on pic

Can you give me a little a little more context to why this would be relevant? I’m not trying to sound brash or anything, but the website is already so highly data intensive, I’m not sure adding this much more data to the page would be beneficial.

The data is already there on the actual show page, so users can simply open that show in a new browser/tab to find that data.

Also curious what others think…if this data is actually relevant to the “Progress” page, because it’s not actually “progress” yet is it?

Cant have progress on stuff that isn’t out yet. Irrelevant to me.
There’s already info about when the next episode is gonna air if you toggle future episodes on.

This my “dashboard” page). Most visited page. Just everything is on one page.

That’s exactly what I do.

This FR is exactly my wish, not a necessity. Thanks for reply anyway.

I can see some value to this, as I’d like to be able to see if the season continues beyond what’s displayed without going to another screen. An alternative could be to designate season finale episodes with a small tag to denote no future episodes in the season.

That happens already!

Not on the progress page

yes, yes, they are!
if it isn’t there, Trakt doesn’t know about it, but if you know it’s a season finale, you can report the episode on Trakt and Sonply will add the season finale (or mid season finale, or whatever is needed!) flag manually instead!

I believe that Season Finale icon that you show is the next episode for you to watch. On my pic, note that Night Agent season 2 has aired its full season (and the season finale tag shows on my calendar, but Severance has only aired 2 episodes of this season. It would be helpful to add an icon for season finale after 1x10 and 2x10 on this view.

You mean in the expanded season section?

If they ever decide to implement it I hope that would be optional, because I won’t like clutter like that.

And if there’s already a new season, it’s obvious that it’s the end of the season. The season finale indicator at the expanded season view would be pretty useless.

I don’t think we’d add future episodes like this. If it isn’t aired, we can’t be 100% sure those future episodes are correct. It is an interesting idea, but I think there is more research to be done on it and verifying if it’s useful for people and can be accurate.

I agree with this. I also agree with @lifeiscrazy about the “flags” being placed in the correct location and not cluttering up the expanded section.
