I’m a series binge watcher so I don’t watch a season until its’ end date. Currently I manually keep track of this on a spreadsheet when I find a scheduled end date. After searching this forum, I understand that this is difficult to automate but also found a somewhat workable solution using season notes. While still a manual process, this would keep all my info in one place instead of maintaining a separate spreadsheet. What notes is lacking is the ability to sort. It would be nice to have a field I could enter a date into (season finale in my case) and have the ability to sort by that date.

Notes are alphabetical, not data format. So sorting that would not yield the results you expect.
That’s why I’d like a new (optional) date field added, which could be sortable
