I perceive a problem when it comes to sending direct messages to Tumblr through TRAKT. The problem is, when messages are sent to Tumblr, only the #TRAKT tag is automatically attached. I have to go to Tumblr directly and additional tags. Which by the way seems to be difficult. It’s as though any tags that were sent by TRAKT can’t be edited (or purposely made difficult to edit).
I’d like another field built-in so that I can add additional tags. Otherwise my posts will not be seen by more people, if #TRAKT is the only tag there.
Specifically, I’d like the ability to add additional tags that would be placed in Tumblr’s tag section. The same way how you add Trakt automatically, I’d like to add additional tags that correspond to the movie/tv show I’m writing about. This way, I’m not doing double work. Otherwise, the Tumblr button on my TRAKT account is almost useless. I’m not sure what you mean by global. If you mean a standard set of tags, no I prefer not. I’d like to add my tags myself, so that I have the freedom to add the tags I see fit for the movie I’m writing about.
