Add to watchlist bug?

Is this a bug or expected behavior? Let’s say I want to add a show to my watchlist and also mark previously viewed episodes as watched. Here’s what I’m seeing happen. Let’s say this show has 3 seasons but I’ve already watched 2.

  • Go to show and click Add to watchlist icon. This adds to my watchlist starting at S1E1.

  • I go into the show and go to the last episode of season 2 and click the check. I choose the option mark all previous as watched.

  • S3E1 is added to Up Next. But the show itself is removed from the watchlist?

Is this normal?

yes this is how the watchlist works. it’s only for shows you haven’t started watching. once you mark an episode as watched it will move to your progress/up next section. you’ll be shown when new episodes are releasing in the upcoming/calendar section
