What can I do to get it back??

The AppleTV+ icon doesn’t even show up.

Latest TestFlight beta 3.0 (933) remains the same
The primary reason I paid for VIP access was for Apple TV tracking in addition to my other services. Without Apple TV sync, this is a nonstarter.
Thanks for the report and details. This is currently a server bug, definitely not a planned removal or anything! We should have an update soon.
Update: Not sure what the current fix is due to a third party dependency issue. Should have a better update over the next day or two.
I understand that this might be related to a third party dependency, but no update, radio silence?? Any glimmer of hope this might be resolved, or even a link to monitor for the dependancy would be good…
The next app versions will have an update to workaround the dependency issue until an official dependency fix is available (which will then avoid this issue entirely in the future). I’ll attempt to get the beta version available over the next day or so, but a production update may not be as soon, but hopefully by end of year. Once the new version is available, all VIPs have access to the beta if necessary via https://trakt.tv/apps, and if you can’t get access there, open a support ticket or send me a DM and we can help out further.

Thanks, yep, beta version 3.0 (936) has the temporary fix for this. We should have a production version in the next week or two with the same fix as a worst case, but as mentioned before, all VIPs have access to the beta so worst case can install that and then delete it.
