Some Shows Display Different Streaming Services (or None At All)

When I choose a show/episode on my phone (iOS app), it will display the corresponding streaming service(s). When I choose the exact same show/episode on the Apple TV, it will display different streaming services or no services at all. See screenshot.

Phone shows Paramount+ as an option.
Apple TV says No Services. Same show, same episode.

Please help. I would like to use the app, but if I cannot get it to work seamlessly with my Apple TV, it just isn’t worth it to me.

I click the button and get an error message saying that I need to be a VIP.

Are these bugs? Does the Apple TV app require VIP membership to watch certain shows on certain services? Did I somehow make a mistake in how I setup the app?

I am also having these issues on the Apple TV app. My example is that it wants to take me to the Apple TV app to watch a Hulu original show. And when I go to the Apple TV app that app is just telling me to open Hulu.

In addition, I am a VIP member and it is saying that I need to subscribe again.
