Agree. It would be good to know when a transaction is expected to post on a financial account. Trakt is the only company I do not receive notice for an upcoming renewal transaction. I use a yearly calendar reminder as a workaround.
If auto renew was an option at enrollment Trakt would likely acquire more members. Some folks don’t mind supporting, but do mind forced auto renewals.
There is also consideration for a monthly subscription with option to cancel anytime for folks who prefer that option.
