As of 2-3 days ago, if I mark something as watched, it shows the normal Caching Your Data ribbon at the bottom but it never completes and the purple check mark never shows up. It does show up in history but with no purple check mark. I’ve also tried clearing the browser cache with no success. Also tried Reset Browser Data in Advanced Settings and it never completes just like when marking something as watched. I know there was some database cleanup done recently and it seemed to coincide after that but could just be coincidence. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Been noticing this too. Trying to reset my browser data
Same. Cache doesn’t work since the latest maintenance.
Already checked on 5 PCs / devices, browsers, including clear cache.
Seems to be getting worse for me. For TV shows, now all previous views no longer show on the show/season/episode pages, no purple checkmarks to be seen instead of just ones I’ve tried to mark as watched since the DB update. It’s as if I never watched them but they do still show in my watch history. Hope it gets resolved soon…
Edit: Movies seem to work now. I see purple checks next to ones I watched before the DB update and if I mark one as watched now, it caches as it should and the purple check mark shows up.
Having the same experience in browsers, TV shows are the only thing not showing in the calendar as watched. Films and shows are tracking and showing in history. After updating to the latest iOS app, everything works as normal. For now its just a browser issue. I have cleared data, cookies etc etc.
Still a problem.
Same issue. I tried shutting off ad blockers, I’ve used incognito windows, I’ve used different devices, I’ve used different browsers, I’ve tried resetting cached data, but the caching episode data never finishes. Been like this for 3 or 4 days now.
Same here, and the same for the Library actually - after adding an item to the library, caching never stops. Likely related to that issue; When trying to open the “Library” page in the browser, I get an error 500.
