Watch and Collection data not caching

Ever since the database maintenance, the watched/collected status of shows isn’t updating correctly, whether I watch/collect manually through the website or through automatic scrobbling.

The “cashing your data” banner at the bottom of the page doesn’t go away after a few seconds like normal.

Looking in the console log, it appears data the browser is trying to retrieve is erroring out.

I’ve tried the “reset browser data”/”reset progress data” in the settings which didn’t do anything except make it so that nothing I’ve watched or collected shows as such where it should.

Trakt does know I’ve watched/collected these items, evidenced by what shows up in my ‘up next’, progress page, export data, etc. But the purple/green checkmarks aren’t working, filters on the calendar for items watched/collected or not watched/collected, etc., don’t.
