Why is it that Chicago Med’s poster never gets updated like the rest of the One Chicago shows, or even just like any show when the new season rolls round? I checked TMDB and the poster there is current, and I tried the update thingy on the show page, and nothing changes.

Because the poster/fanart is locked, I’m not sure why, there may have been an issue in the past if I had to guess.
Why lock the poster? That’s stupid.

I’m sorry but that reasoning makes it worse.
If we apply that logic to the One Chicago universe, then all of what you said is moot, because the updated artwork on Fire and PD have just as many spoilers as Med.
All of your answer makes 0 sense.
In light of the fact that the reasoning for the artwork being looked is simply no reason at all. I’d like to formally request that it be unlocked so that the current season artwork is showing.

Well, I hope the Mods are watching, its non-sense.
No problem! For future reference, mods have some sorta shield icon next to their name.
I unlocked the show and queued it for a refresh. Not sure why, but we must have locked it to use higher quality artwork or avoid spoilers in the past.
