Current limit page gone & where this service is going

So for me and I guess every free user the current limit page is gone, which I could find on the “Upgrade to VIP” page…interestingly the last topic of the VIP-Benefits summary states the following:

"Better Support: Forum & Feedback

Get priority access to our support forums and have your feedback heard directly by the team."

That’s a slap in the face for every loyal user of this service and frankly shows me that we free users do not matter anymore!

I guess that’s it then and I really wonder if this strategy will safe your project at all!?

99% of the support you’ll receive here is from other users. That goes for paying customers too. So don’t feel ignored,

That’s unfortunate, but I have 2 other open questions which definitely only can be answered by the Trakt Staff, but is there another way for me as a free user to contact them at all?

Depending on what the issue is, your best bet is to either tag support in here, email them or raise an issue on their GitHub.

Although this being Easter weekend I wouldn’t count on hearing anything until next week sometime.
