I’ve been a VIP user for the last two years… My renewal was today… I made sure that my credit card was up to date prior to today because I was grandfathered at the lower (original) price… According to the site it was supposed to renew at either 4:30 or 4:40pm today (EST)… it’s now 5:45pm and I just got an email claiming my VIP expired because my credit card failed… (which if it did it was your fault, not mine)… I updated the card again (via the link from the email) and it takes me to the page to renew at $60/y and there’s NO WAY I’m paying that when you guys said I was grandfathered for the lower price. I know this has been a ‘hot topic’ lately and the overall results are always told to contact support… so, who do I contact?
Yes, I have seen this happening to a lot of people and they (Trakt) haven’t provided any real solution…let alone an explanation. But, I would send a direct message or email support…it’s probably a lot faster.
