With the recent addition of the VIP option to switch back to the old red theme, I think it’d be absolutely fantastic to expand on that and let (VIP) users set their own custom color theme by letting them select an RGB color in the settings.
Once the frontend code is written for that, it would also allow for season-specific theming of the website such as an orange theme for Halloween or a green one for Easter.
Hahaha…this idea has been kicked around many times since they added the options to use the purple or red theme. People even asked for Halloween and Christmas themes too. I know there are over 350 replies in the Trakt gets a makeover thread…but if you sift through all that, you’ll see what the admins and developers have said about this topic.
