Data Refresh not working

I just subscribed to VIP so I can finally sync data but it seems it still does not work. I clicked the “REFRESH DATA” button on the left for M.A.S.K. - Trakt.tv but it still does not reflect the correct episodes. Data is correct on both TVDB and TMDB. What am I doing wrong? How long does it take for refresh to complete?

Thanks! Emailed yesterday and got the auto-reply saying it was queued. Anyone have the timing of when tickets get actioned?
