Short description of the issue

  • unable to link Disney+ To automatic tracking via desktop or app

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • Tried to link my Disney Plus for the automatic tracking - doesn’t seem to work. Tried on the desktop and the app and it just doesn’t seem to want to work

Screenshots attached - using chrome on my MacBook Pro to try and link Disney Plus, doesn’t seem to want to work, really want to try and link it as I use Disney plus a lot. Happens on iOS and windows. Also tried to use MAC OS as well

See the following. Just note that Disney doesn’t track date watched so the date of import will be the date watched. If you’ve seen anything the day of release or day after, you may just want to mark as watched on release date.

okay - but I can’t connect my Disney plus you see I’ve tried on the app and on the website it just won’t connect to sync my data all other streaming services connect and the Disney plus at all

Ah, understood. Support should be able to chime in then. I manually track so i get exact dates.
