Dropped season(s) of a show does not carry over to v3

that is odd then since it should still count the previously watched episodes. i found a post that seems talk about your similar issue. it seems to be a bug.

Hi, Are those seasons you have skipped? Or seasons of a show you no longer plan to watch? If you no longer plan to watch the show, we recommend that you drop it. Unless, you have a reason why you don’t want to do that. If you do, please explain your use. If you mean past seasons you don’t want to watch, the “Continue Watching” section should “skip” them.
