Have the background be from the first result on that page. instead of having it all be the chosen custom background.
So:
Home would be the first Up Next
Show/Movies would be the first Trending Now
Watchlist would be the first Movie
But profile still have a custom background.
Set Home, Show/Movies, and Watchlist backgrounds dynamically using the first item from Up Next, Trending Now, and Movie sections, respectively. the Marini is the best place.Only the Profile retains a manually selected custom background. This automates most sections while preserving user control for the Profile.
I liked this idea. I’ll also go over it with our UX team. Ideally I’d also do something like this for lists; where the background will be from a random item on the list or something.
