How long until VIP features unlock after subscription?

I subscribed on iOS a few days ago but when accessing the app and the website on desktop it tells me I still need to subscribe.

you may have subscribed on a different trakt account through the iOS app compared to the one signed into on the desktop. check your app to see what email address its linked to and send a message directly to support with those details so they can review it. you can dm them here through discourse or send an email to support@trakt.tv

Cool. It’s the same account I did the free trial on a month or so ago. Haven’t gotten any response from the support email team yet.
