hoping someone can help. The iOS app shows me lots of links to VIP and / or prompts to buy VIP even though I already have it. My iPADOS and MacOS apps are syncing with phone so may be part of the same issue? When i click on “buy VIP” it tells me I already have it. Thanks, Lee.
Could you please send a screenshot of the issue so I can confirm if there’s a specific place that might be bugged?
Otherwise it sounds like a cache issue so while it shouldn’t be necessary if you can try log out and back in that may just solve it.
thanks for the reply. It has disappeared today. Could have been cache issue like you say, also wondered whether it was connected to it being last day of Feb as the message when I clicked on said something about “your subscription will be renewed March 1”. Anyway, sorted now…. thanks.
if you sign out and back into the forums it should also show your VIP status in here, which you’ll want to do to access some of the channels
