I paid for VIP but still saying to upgrade

did you subscribe on the website or through the app. the website should’ve updated right away but if it was through the app and google play then there might be a delay or some other disconnect. try signing out and back in as well, otherwise @support might be able to help see more

I didn’t do it though either. It was automatically done cause i signed up for it last year.

then how did you sign up initially since that would still apply to my questions

Definitely not google play.. I can’t remember if it was the website or app that i signed up.

go to https://trakt.tv/vip/manage to see what it says for your account. it might not have renewed if the card was expired or maybe using paypal and failed.

It’s on my credit card as a charge so it did go through

you might have two accounts then. someone from support will be able to help, it might be a few days since it’s the weekend already in half the world
