ETA: Can somebody else export their data and check the ratings-seasons file(s) to see if this problem is unique to my account or more widespread?
Short description of the issue
My exported data is full of a bunch of ratings for seasons of shows that I have never rated or even watched. It also has incorrect ratings for seasons that I did watch and rate.
Detailed description with additional context about the workflow
When I imported my data from Trakt into another service, I saw a lot of incorrect data, as explained above. When I checked my exported data, I saw that ratings-seasons-1.json, ratings-seasons-2.json, and ratings-seasons-3.json also have these incorrect ratings.
Screenshots and other visual aids
Here are two examples. I did watch and rate Bodyguard season 1, but I did not rate it 10. I have never watched or rated Bridgerton.
This only affects ratings for seasons (not shows or movies), which Trakt doesnât seem to show anywhere since the switch to V3. So I canât check those ratings on the Trakt website, but the season ratings still exist in the data files. The .json files I downloaded from Trakt show that the problem is with the data stored in Trakt.
Yes, Iâm forced into the horribly broken v3, but the Settings links takes me to v2 still. No idea how to get to the new ones. Iâm giving up, Iâve stopped caring about this completely broken site now.
