Here is the scenario:
A lot of my movie and TV show Discovery comes from the Google panel on my Android phone and the articles that it brings up. When I am reading an article and a movie is mentioned that I’m interested in watching. My current workflow requires me to copy the name of the movie. Google it for reviews and then if I want to watch it at some point. Hope and tracked paste the name of the movie and then add it to my watch list.
The share menu integration will make this workflow much smoother, especially if you have multiple movies on a page that you want to add to your watch list. All you would do is select the name of the movie on the web page. Press the three dots and go to share menu from where you will get a list of applications to pipe that selected text too. In this case, I would pick Trakt and the expected operation would be that the name of the movie would fall into the search box in the mobile app displaying results as well on the screen. From there I can immediately add it to my watch list and go back to the article.
