When I updated my favourite streaming services on the website a few hours ago, there’s been no update on my iOS app.
I just added paramount+ to my favourites but it’s not updated anywhere on the app.

I pushed a potential fix, please let me know if it synced up your favorites now. You might need to force close and re-open the app.
No luck, I force closed the app and restarted my device, neither worked.
I’ve just checked my android app and I have the same issue. My favourites haven’t updated on either.
Please try update something in your settings again, such as your streaming favourites again, and let us know if it’s still not updated (worse case, force-close again after updating).
Ok, I might be stupid for this so my apologies. To me, it doesn’t seem like intuitive behaviour though.
So when I update my streaming service, I go into the section in settings, select my services, then click “Done” - only in the streaming services section. I do not click save. Doing this updates the streaming services on the website, but not on the apps. I dont believe it is a local change as it updates on all devices accessing trakt on the browser. It now shows up as a favourite streaming service. If I then go into the settings again and click save, it updates on the apps.
To me, this feels wrong. I think it should update everywhere either when I click done or when I click save, not only in some places when I click done and some places when I click save.
Sorry for the delayed response but just figured I’d let you know that we’ve fixed the issue so that the app knows to check for settings changes when you’ve adjusted your favourites rather than needing to use the explicit save button as it used to require. Thanks for letting us know about the issue and the detailed info!
