Ok, so at the beginning of the year, you changed the iOS app so we couldn’t put lists in the order we liked.
This rendered my list of top films ever redundant.
One of your people said that it will be reintroduced. It’s now nearly June, and no word.
It’s literally the key reason why I like Trakt, and you have taken it away.
The only saving grace was that I could log in to the web app and still reorder lists there.
Yesterday I logged in to reorder some of the lists because I’d added new series and films, and wanted to put them in order of how excited I was.
It worked, but I didn’t have enough time to finish.
Today, I logged in to the web app, and now I can’t reorder lists that way anymore.
I’m absolutely sick of it. I have waited patiently, and you have now removed it completely.
Why? Why? WHY?
Do you understand your customers?
We are here because we are passionate about film and TV.
I know that many people love to create lists to track their favourites and also what they want to watch.
I would like you to clearly tell me and everyone else why you are removing such a wanted feature.
I would also like you to tell us what you are doing to restore it and provide a definite timeline.
If you can’t do that, I’ll cancel my VIP membership and find another solution.
I don’t want to do that.
Please do something about it and listen to your customer base.
