I’m just wondering how the website chooses the network for a show when the show has multiple options on TMDB.
An example of this is Murdoch Mysteries which is a Canadian show that airs on CBC which is listed as a network on TMDB
But on Trakt it is listed as Ovation an American network that is one of the other networks listed on TMDB but not the network from the country of origin.
TMDB has the origin country as a datasource is it possible to use this get the Origin Network.

We use the last network on TMDB I believe, which normally should be the most recent network. We can manually override if needed, please report the show and we will take a look.
If it’s not an American show, it shouldn’t have the American network to begin with, so it might be wrong on TMDb. (lots of imported shows have wrong networks added!)
Only the original network should be added, and if it gets picked up for later seasons on a different network (from a TV network to the final seasons on Netflix), or the network changes its name (ABC Family → Freeform) then of course that new one should also be added
