It appears that the refresh data button on actors/writers/directors pages isn’t working at least in the case of images. Karen Gillan and Scarlett Johansson are two pages whose profile images do not match the primary profile images on TMDB.
I have informed the developers about this and we’ll soon have a fix for this issue. Thanks for reporting!
