Short description of the issue
- My VIP membership has lapsed. I keep receiving ‘Fix your Plex media server connection” emails. However, without VIP I cannot change the plex sync settings to turn this off so I cannot stop these emails.
same, 20 emails in as many hours about it.
I am having this issue too, I have had 41 emails in 20 hours about it,

Anyone find a way to cut this out
Or how can we reach someone? New to forum life…
Update: Sadly have resorted to blocking trakt in emails.
You should now be able to turn off Plex Sync (even if you are no longer a VIP) via app.trakt.tv/settings/advanced.

Thanks for looking into this. But it’s not working for me.
When I click ‘disconnect’ on the ‘Plex Sync’ page of the advanced settings page nothing seems to happen and I still continue to receive the email notifications.
