Short description of the issue My VIP membership has lapsed. I keep receiving ‘Fix your Plex media server connection” emails. However, without VIP I cannot change the plex sync settings to turn this off so I cannot stop these emails.

You should now be able to turn off Plex Sync (even if you are no longer a VIP) via app.trakt.tv/settings/advanced . Let me know if you have any other issues.

Update: Sadly have resorted to blocking trakt in emails.
