Hello, For the past few days, when I want to mark an episode as seen, press the button “Add to Watchlist” in a profile, or “Add to list” button, it goes to “https://trakt.tv/dashboard” and shows an error message on top saying “You are already sign in”.

Please try in a private browser window. If that works, it usually means a browser extension is breaking the website somehow.
