Why did I get a push notification that leads to “Weekly Trending Digest From 17 NOV to 24 NOV 2024”?
How can I prevent that and only get notifications for episode/movie releases that I’m actually interested in?

I’ve gotten no notifs, but there are email settings on the website you can uncheck!
