I would like the option of only showing the play button when a movie/show is included in the subscription of my selected streaming services. If they charge extra, I’m not interested and don’t want it to show up as if I “have it” already.

You can do this by turning on the “Only Use Favorites” setting.
Nono. A couple of my favorites provide both movies included in the subscription and rentals.
Oh I see. I’m not sure we can support that, we go based on the service name only for this type of favorites filtering. What services are you having this problem with?
It feels like you should be able to support it since when I press the play button it tells me in the popover if it is included or what the cost of renting and/or buying is. I’m based in Sweden and the one with most of these cases are Viaplay.
We have the data in the popup, I meant it would be a very large change with how we display the watch now button initially. Quite a large undertaking which I’m not sure we can do.

Oh, I just did a topic on exactly the same.
And I agree with Patric. You know that the content cost extra, as it says so in the button when you go into the content details. Then it says how much it cost when you get the service.
So it should be possible to be able to opt out in settings.
