Show only last or first play in history

Is there a way to show only the last/first play and not every play for movie/show in the history?
I frequently rewatch few scenes of movies which clutters the history.

If you haven’t seen the whole movie don’t track it.
Probably better just add a note. That you saw from time xx.xx to xx.xx.
If you don’t want it the way. (What you call clutter.)

Dis remember if you track them without watching the whole thing then your watch time is not correct misleading, maybe you don’t care about it which is totally fine too

The iOS app has a filter option which will display each title only once in the list and show you the number of plays:

thank you all for your suggestions. I will focus on the third party scrobbler to find a better way.

I use Jellyfin and Plex to watch content. Both mark item as watched only if I watch it almost to the end. At least on Jellyfin you can set the percentage of how much it needs to be watched to mark as such. I have set it to 90% IIRC. I don’t remember about Plex, but it’s also either 90 or 95%. Usually it’s when the titles start. Sometimes I even have to fast-forward to mark it watched when titles last for 15 minutes
