Trivial Pursuit - new episodes not importing

Short description of the issue

  • This TV show Trivial pursuit Trakt Web: Track Your Shows & Movies is missing recent episodes from Season 2. Episodes 14, 15 appear on TMDB but aren’t showing in Trakt. The show does have external IDs in TMDB.

i triggered a refresh of the data on the old version of trakt to see if that picks up any changes from TMDB otherwise support will need to look into it since it has the required IDs

Thanks. How does one accomplish triggering such a refresh? I thought the old Trakt was gone.

old trakt is available for VIP subscribers still so the refresh can be triggered there. You can still trigger it in the app its just done from the 3 dots menu of the item

Seems the refresh didn’t change anything, so someone needs to look into it further.

it can take a few hours for the refresh to happen since its picking up changes from TMDB, and their own api takes a while to pick up changes on TMDB. Give it up to 24 hours again, after that support may need to look but it is a holiday weekend so responses may be delayed
