I have a ticket raised at the beginning of the year that has gone unanswered thus far. Should I have asked here for it to be looked at?
Same here. I created a ticket in December last year and is still “Processing” without any answer.
Same, although more recent. I filed a ticket May 21. No answer, no acknowledgment, nothing… what gives?
I’m sorry for not responding to some of these tickets. Some were buried in our support system and others were in the work queue, but I never responded to say that. We’re trying to go through any opened tickets and at least give a status report of where we are at.
