Unwatch all watched episodes of the last 24 hours?

Hey there, I had a bad thing happening here, somehow all my unwatched TV episodes on Kodi were marked as watched in one go last night.

Is there a way to undo this? I tried to download my history as CSV but that does not seem to work (I get 404 errors).

I have managed to change the database in Kodi to un-do the change but how do I prevent Trakt to overwrite those again?
