@marius I’d like to address the following from your post.
Why would the infrastructure costs have doubled? Either you have increased your users and should have also increased your VIP users or you have failed in VIP user acquisition at the new $60 price.
Also it doesn’t seem like reliability has really changed over the last 18 months, it has been and continues to be great with occasional outages.
